Life is just so busy right now that unfortunately I am not able to offer a class for October. However, I already have classes planned for November and December – see details below.
One of the things keeping me busy are the preparations for re-opening Chenery Auditorium. If you are not aware, I started working at Chenery 20 years ago, in the backstage area as the Stage Manager and Lighting Designer. I spent 8 1/2 years as the Manager of Kasdorf Auditorium at Loy Norrix High School (which is run under Chenery Auditorium). For the past several years, I have worked part-time back at Chenery. I am currently the assistant to the Auditorium Manager, a House Manager, and the Head Usher. Renovations that began in June are almost complete, just barely in time for the first concert on October 25. You can see a few pictures at the auditorium web site. This beautiful, historic facility is a gem in the community and I love being a part of its operation. It also hold a special place in my heart since this is where Dave and I met and had our wedding.
Once I get through the programs at the end of October, I will be able to focus more time back onto my stamping. So, mark your calender for these upcoming events.

1:00 to 6:00 – Open House Style

Class Fee $20 – can be paid at the class
Register by November 12
Stock up on some Holiday Cards! In this class, you will make 12 cards, 3 each of 4 different designs. Envelopes are included and can be decorated as time allows. This is an Open House Style class. You need to plan on about 3 hours to complete your projects so, please arrive between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. Please reserve your spot by Wednesday, November 12.

Sunday, December 7
1:00 to 5:00 – Open House Style

Register by December 3
For this class you will make 4 projects that are ornaments and gift tags. We will use materials from the fun die-cut kits featured in the Holiday Mini Catalog and from the Country Living Holiday Collection Kit. This is an Open House Style class. You need to plan on about 2 hours to complete your projects so, please arrive between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. Please reserve your spot by Wednesday, December 3.

I hate being a sheep.
I’m not one to hop on the bandwagon just because everyone else is doing it. If everybody was jumping off a cliff, I would stand to the side and yell “You’re all nuts!”
However, after months of folks talking about sharing photos and sending invites through Facebook I was intrigued. Then my husband signed up and is now “in the loop.” So, it’s really his fault that I have taken the plunge.

The Holiday Mini Catalog begins!
This Mini debuts many great new products.
Stamp Sets – Halloween, Thanksgiving, Fall, Christmas, Winter, Valentines – There are 13 stamp sets and 2 wheels for the upcoming seasons.
Designer Papers – 3 sets of festive double-sided papers. I have samples of these and all the current Designer Papers for you to see!
Rub-Ons – 2 sets of Christmas sayings and images to finish off cards, tags, gifts, and more.
