HI!
I’m Shannon Clemens. I have been a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator since June 2000 and a crafter all my life.
I love using rubber stamps because there is no end to the techniques and projects you can create. My favorite projects are cards and boxes. Favorite techniques include embossing (a lot of “wow” for little work), punches, and folds. I am nuts for specialty folds.
My other main craft is crocheting. I spent many years knowing just one stitch and making simple scarves. More recently I learned that there are other stitches you can do (woo hoo!) and have progressed to baby blankets and throws. One Christmas I made all of the girls ponchos which actually came out well. Amazing!
I am also a big collector. When I was a kid I figured that if I had at least 3 of something then I collected it. In recent years I have had to temper my amassing of stuff. There’s just not enough room for it all! My main collections include postage stamps, Beanie Babies (ya, I have too many of those now), and Sci Fi items. I have collected a beautiful set of depression glassware. And there is one room in the house that is our library and currently has over 2000 books, mainly scifi and fantasy (my husband, Dave, is a constant reader).

We have three crazy cats – Max, Merlin, and Rascal. They keep me busy with their need for attention, love, and quality cuddle time.
